While not panic-attack inducing, I also have a lot of anxiety and fear and disgust around emesis (and everyone in my life basically thinks I'm just a baby about it). I find it tough to watch a lot of modern tv and movies (WHY MUST THEY SHOW THAT STUFF?), and have walked out of a movie theater when theaters were still a thing.

The last time I was sick, I panicked and went to the hospital so they would give me meds to stop the vomiting and mellow me out (or make it so I wouldn't remember the episode).

I guess what I'm trying to say is thank you for sharing your story and reminding me that I'm not alone in this.
